Serendipity quilt

Just came back from a two day workshop with Susan Carlson  http://www.susancarlson.com/Welcome.html in Harpswell, Maine.  Great fun.  Fantastic venue!  The chameleon is the creature I decided to do.  Need advice on background.  Blue (dramatic) or green (as if he's in the wild).  What do you think?

Also need help on adding links, but that's for another day.

  1. Oh, how fun! I LOVE Maine!! You are one lucky gal Sally! Not sure about the background, but I kind of like the sound of green.

  3. I love Susan's work and see her influence on your work now. Fantastic. I have her books. :)

Since Chameleon's change colors to fit their backgrounds and blend in I would pick the green.
You could go a bit darker to make him pop a bit.
