photo help needed

No matter what I do I can't get my photos to upload using my new MAC.  Help.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

    Do you have iphoto? or photoshop?

    Download your photos into iphoto. Do whatever adjusting you need to do. Then drag and drop them onto your desktop. Upload them from there.
    Afterwards drag them to the trash since you have the originals in iphoto.
